Content: | This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) interrogation report for JA147475 of the Miyo Force 1st Section, who was captured on 26 April 1944. JA147475, a 19 year old Leading Airman from Osaka Prefecture, was rescued by an Allied destroyer after his plane was shot down by Allied fighters. During the interrogation, JA147475 provided information on unit organisation, movements, Japanse planes, training, observers' tasks, and the Japanese airfield near Davao. |
