Content: This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. An English translation of the text is attached. This pamphlet was distributed among the Japanese servicemen who were left in Tarakan. It states that Tarakan was abandoned and cut off. So, instead of throwing away their lives, the soldiers should surrender.
