Content: This item is a 1942 Japanese edition of a 1941 Australian aeronautical map of the North Queensland coastline, covering an area from Cape Tribulation in the north, to Upstart Bay in the south, and from Croydon in the west, to the South Pacific Ocean. The map is marked "Preliminary Edition Only," and "Secret." It was captured at Madang, probably in 1944.
