Content: This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured on Noemfoor Island on 8 July 1944 during the Allied attacks on Japanese positions in northern Dutch New Guinea, which were intended to isolate the 18th Army at Wewak.
