Content: This item is a report on an accident, which occurred while five members of the Tôma Group were preparing a building site for a toilet compound. Corporal HAYASHI Hajime was killed in the accident and Sergeant KIDO Toshinori was injured. It is also reported that Australian officers were active in providing possible medical attention while HAYASHI was transferred to an Australian aid station.
