Content: This item is a circular which provides instructions regarding the disposal of ammunition. It specifies matters to be attended to by an officer in command, technical supervisors and ordinary soldiers. It emphasises the importance of safety, and warns that negligence (during the disposal of ammunition) might cause unnecessary loss of life. Supervisory staff is instructed to provide training to subordinates prior to the commencement of work, to take sufficient time to complete each procedure, to prepare necessary equipment and to monitor the progress and performance of subordinates carefully.
