Content: This item contains lyrics of five songs. Two of them written in pencil are war songs and the rest are songs composed after surrender. The song titled "Rabaul" depicts the landscape of camp sites in the Rabaul area. The song titled "Song for Rehabilitation" aims to encourage Japanese soldiers to work for the reconstruction of Japan. Mimeographed copies might have been distributed as educational materials for various educational programs conducted at Japanese camps in Rabaul.
