Content: This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) interrogation report for JA147156 of the 1st Independent Mixed Regiment, 2nd Battalion, 4th Company, who was captured on the Admiralty Islands by natives and turned over to US troops on 25 March 1944. During the interrogation, JA147156 provided information on the organisation of the 1st Independent Mixed Regiment and the 2nd Infantry Regiment. The appendix contains an organisational chart of the 1st Independent Mixed Regiment.
