Content: YANAGIDA was beaten by an Australian soldier with the end of an axe while he was working for the Australian forces. He suffered a ruptured spleen and needed surgery. Lt Col TONEGAWA reports the incident and the Australians' response. The document covers the statements made by YANAGIDA and a witness, in order to protest against the Australian authority and the response of an Australian officer, Captain LAW.
