Content: This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. An English translation of the text is attached. The message criticises the Japanese military leaders who have failed to evacuate ground troops from New Guinea and New Britain and are still forcing them to continue the war without supplies. It warns that the Japanese on isolated areas have no choice but to subject themselves to hunger and diseases.
