Content: | This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. An English translation of the text is attached. The message states that the Naval servicemen have been receiving better supplies than Army troops as the Navy neglects providing adequate support to the Army. Consequently, the Army troops have been suffering from starvation and disease. The message urges the Army troops to surrender as the Allies have abundant food supplies. |
