Content: | This item is a pictorial propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. The leaflet includes five pictures accompanied by captions in Japanese. These pictures depict the beginning of the re-capture of Dutch New Guinea, Allied men and equipment immediately before the landing, preparations of meals before fighting, the air-raids before the landing on 22 April and some of the 288 Japanese aircraft destroyed by the air raids. |
