Content: | This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) interrogation report for Superior Private KUBO Toraichi of the 115th Infantry Regiment 2nd Battalion 7th Company 3rd Platoon, who was captured in Tufi on 10 March 1943. KUBO, a 28 year old Superior Private from Gunma, was captured by a US patrol boat from a raft after the sinking of Teiyo Maru. During the interrogation, KUBO provided information on his unit's organisation, and morale in Japan. |
