Content: | This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) interrogation report for Superior Private ICHIMURA Takeo of the 102nd Infantry Regiment 1st Battalion 4th Company 1st Platoon, who was captured in Wau on February 1943. ICHIMURA, a 27 year old Superior Private from Ibaraki, was captured by Australian troops in the jungle after he was separated from him unit. During the interrogation, ICHIMURA provided brief information on his unit organisation and its strength, and conditions in the military. |
