Content: Lieutenant Colonel ÔTA, addresses several questions to the Chief of Staff of the 11th Division regarding the movement of Japanese servicemen in order to form camps in the Rabaul area. Some of the questions are about the location of the camps. Since many camps need to be set up in a limited area, the distance between them has to be about 3 miles. ÔTA states that it is difficult to establish a camp with 10,000 men. It is not clear whether the number is too small or too large.
