Content: This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured at Saidor on 2 January 1944 during Allied landings to block the Japanese retreat from campaigns on the Huon Peninsula. This item contains a range of documents concerning 11th Wewak Transport Convoy, dated 13 to 22 October 1943. It contains various orders and bulletins issued by commanders of the convoy and of Yasukuni Maru, charts of personnel and materiel, loading and embarkation schedules, ship regulations and duty rosters, charts of landing plans and sketches of the Wewak anchorage areas. This item also contains a brief daily account of the convoy's movement from Palau Harbour to Wewak.
