Content: This item is a Japanese-language leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office when the Pacific War was over. The leaflet states that Japan has surrendered and the Emperor has ordered the Japanese Forces to cease resistance. It warns that, if the Japanese troops fail to obey the Emperor's order, the Emperor and the Japanese people who represent the Forces in Japan will be held responsible.
