Content: This item is a translation of an order from Australian forces regarding setting up camps by Japanese forces. It describes conditions of camps, their size, location, water availability and composition. For example, the document specifies the size of the total number of a camp to 10,000 servicemen divided into 13 groups. Each group should consist of approximately 850 members and should not be formed by a complete unit. Each camp should be at a distance of five miles from any other camp.
