| Content: | These items consists of bundles of survey forms completed by repatriated Japanese soldiers from the 18th Army. They were compiled in January 1946 by the Demobilisation Ministry. Each book contains approx 110 forms, each of which records details of the soldier's service and an outline of his unit's activities. While many of these forms provide only basic details, some repatriated soldiers took the opportunity to comment in detail on their military service. |
