Content: This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. An English translation of the text is attached. The message firstly thanks for a letter of condolence which was sent by the Japanese forces on the death of Lieutenant General Terick. It urges Japanese troops to abandon their fighting and surrender to the Allied forces by following the example of 5 officers and 41 men in Wewak.
