Content: This item is a collection of 43 Imperial rescripts and exhortations, and the Field Services Code, published by Seibudô on 30 Sep 1942. It belonged to SHIROMIZU Haruo and was probably captured in the Philippines in late 1944 or early 1945. The contents date primarily from the early Meiji era (1868) through to rescripts relating to the "Manchurian incident" and the Greater East Asian war. All the text contains furigana for ease of reading.
