Content: This item consists of correspondence between the South East Area Army Headquarters and the 11th Division regarding farming at the Talili (12th) Camp and exercise of high-ranking Japanese officers. The South East Area Army requested the 11th Division to allocate farm land to the Talili Group and to allow high-ranking officers to walk around in a designated area. These requests were approved by the 11th Division.
