Content: | This item is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication produced by the Japanese Naval Information Department of the Imperial General Headquarters. This item is a collection of articles about the Japanese war effort published as propaganda. The document contains articles about naval operations in Hawaii, Malaya, Singapore, the Philippines and Wake Island. It also contains 15 photographs of Japanese actions in the Pacific and Asian theatres. It was probably captured during the Papua campaigns between late 1942 and early 1943. |
