Content: This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured at Hollandia (Jayapura) on 28 June 1944 during the Allied attacks on Japanese positions in northern Dutch New Guinea, which were intended to isolate the 18th Army at Wewak. This item is a supplement to EP-331 entitled "Singora Harbour embarkation regulations", issued on 25 February 1942 by Singora Branch, 49th Anchorage HQ issued to transport ship captains between 27 December 1941 and 19 December 1942 by 2 Debarkation Group Headquarters, 11th Independent Engineer Regiment and the Singora and Belawan branch offices of 49th Anchorage Headquarters. It contains regulations for loading troops, horses and materiel aboard transport ships in Singora Harbour.
