Content: | This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. An English translation of the text is attached. The message mentions that some Japanese officers ordered their men to kill innocent women and children during the operation in the Philippines. It continues to ask whether and how Japanese soldiers can work for such inhumane and dishonourable commanders. The message concludes, asking how they would feel if their parents, wives or children were killed in the way done by the Japanese forces in Manila. |
