Content: This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office during the Second World War. An English translation of the text is attached. The message on the leaflet details the losses suffered by the Imperial Japanese Navy since the beginning of the Pacific War. The message describes the plight suffered by Japanese troops and blames the ill-advised tactics of the Japanese commanders for the lack of food supplies and reinforcements. The Japanese military leaders are criticised for making soldiers continue the hopeless war. 50,000 of them were printed.
