Content: This item consists of a bulletin issued by the Secretariat of the Minister of the Navy some time in 1944. It consists of an outline of courses to be conducted for tank platoon captains at the Kazan Naval Artillery School. The course covers all aspects of military strategy, including weapons, organisation, defence and attack, and communications. It was probably captured in late 1944 or early 1945.
