Content: This is a copy of a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Allied Forces. The message reports that the Japanese government has accepted the surrender terms of the Potsdam conference on the condition that the status of the Emperor remains unchanged. The quality of the Japanese translation is poor and confusing.
