Content: This item is a propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. A Japanese text is not attached. The Tarakan Times, which is dated 8 June 1945, informs of the death of Prince Kotohiko in Odawara at the age of eighty-one. It states that Japanese mainland and Okinawa have been bombed hard by the Allies. In Burma and China, Japanese troops are withdrawing. According to the text, Russia is ready to join the battle and 1.5 million Allied slave workers have been repatriated from Germany.
