Content: This Japanese-language propaganda leaflet was produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office at the end of the Pacific War. An English translation of the text is attached. This is a further appeal to the Japanese troops in the area to consider an "honourable capitulation". It informs them that a boat will be sent on 28 July to the coast between Wajaboela and Pilowo to receive surrendered soldiers. The leaflet advises that the Japanese Government has recently provided a grant for comforts for Japanese POWs, proving that there will be no shame in surrender.
