Content: This item consists of a bulletin issued by the Secretariat of the Minister of the Navy on 9 Oct 1944.It consists of an organisational chart of the committee for the 4th Division of the Imperial Navy Air Service Headquarters. The 4th Division was responsible for communications, electrical equipment, optical equipment and instrumentation. Consequently, the committee contains representatives from several electrical and communications companies. The item was probably captured in the Philippines in late 1944 or early 1945.
