Content: | This item is a small Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. The message on the leaflet reassures that Japanese POWs are treated well by the Australians. It is argued that dying in vain would be an act of disloyalty to the Emperor. The message encourages Japanese soldiers to surrender and to live for the future of Japan. 10,000 of them were printed. |
