| Content: | This item is part of a set of orders issued to the 8th Independent Engineer Regiment on April 22, 1944, while on campaign in China. The unit are ordered to prepare for a bombing attack on the enemy's "43rd Division," and are advised that plain-clothes troops will infiltrate the area in order to gain access to supplies. There is also a list of ammunition and supplies, such as horses and carts, to be used by the unit. This item was captured at Madang in 1944. |
