Content: This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. An English translation of the text is attached. The message reports that Hollandia, and Wakde and Biak islands have been occupied by the Allies. Concequently, the air and sea are controlled by the Allies and isolation will be inevitalbe. It urges Japanese soldiers to surrender.
