Content: This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office during the Second World War. An English translation of the text is attached. It is dated on 4 December 1944. The leaflet reports on the battles in the Philippines and the losses of the Japanese in the area, the bombing of Tokyo on 3 December 1944, the shipping production in the United States and the war situation in Europe. 100,000 of them were printed. 52,000 of these leaflets were dispatched to Hollandia on 13 December 1944, 52,000 to Darwin on 9 December 1944.
