Content: | This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. An English translation of the text is attached. The leaflet, which was written by General Officer Commanding the First Australian Army, informs that Japan has surrendered. It tells the troops to lay down arms and move to the north of Karavat and Warangoi Rivers. |
