Content: | This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) interrogation report for JA147522, a civilian employee with the 27th Field Freight Depot, who was suffering from malaria when he was captured at Sentani on 4 May 1944. During the interrogation, JA147522 provided information on his recruitment into the Japanese Army, morale, conscription, and an Allied air raid on Hollekang (near Sentani) on 5 and 8 April 1944. |
