Content: This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) interrogation report for JA148325 of the 2nd Army Headquarters, who was captured on 11 July 1944 between Manokwari and Moemi. JA148325, a 22 year old Superior Private from Hunchung in Manchuria, was rescued from sea after Yahata Maru was sunk by Allied PT boat. During the interrogation, JA148325 provided information on unit organisation, movements, and Japanese ships.
