Content: This is a Japanese-language propaganda newspaper produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office during the Second World War. It is accompanied by an English translation of the text. This issue which is dated on 15 December 1943 covers events such as the death of TOKUDA Shûsei, the lower rice harvest and disgruntled farmers, the shortage of petrol, Transport Minister's speech on shipping and the war situation in the Pacific. It also reports the conference of the Allied leaders in Cairo and the Allied attacks on German positions in Europe. 200,000 of them were printed.
