Content: This item is a service record for a Warrant Officer TAMURA Kiyoshi, from the 26th Airfield Company. It contains detailed information and comments from superior officers on Officer TAMURA's military career, including evaluations of his progress, appearance, aptitude and general behaviour. The detail and length of this particular report exceeds most others in this collection, perhaps because Officer TAMURA was transferred between several different units since his initial placement in the 93rd Airfield Battalion in April 1937. Like other items in this collection, this service record also contains remarks on the health and well-being of Officer TAMURA's immediate family. This item was captured at Korako in April 1944.
