Content: This item is a pictorial propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. Five Japanese lanterns are drawn on each side of the leaflet. On one side, there are short phrases warning about espionage. The messages on the other side of the leaflet criticise the inability of the Japanese military leadership. The English translation notes that the leaflet is designed to cause among Japanese troops in isolated and dangerous positions distrust against their own military leaders. 50,000 of them were printed on 27 September 1943 and 150,000 of them were reprinted on 23 November 1943.
