Content: | This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. The leaflet advises the Japanese forces that the Japanese government has announced its readiness to accept the Allies' terms of surrender. An English translation of the text is attached. The plates were finished on 13 August 1945 and sent to Lae, Morotai, Balikpapan on 14 August 1945. |
