Content: | This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured at Hollandia (Jayapura) on 2 May 1944 during the Allied attacks on Japanese positions in northern Dutch New Guinea, which were intended to isolate the 18th Army at Wewak. This item is a training manual entitled "KI 51 (Type 3F Tony) handling reference", published on 5 March 1942 by the Army Flight Test Department. A companion document to EP-184, it contains detailed performance and maintenance specifications on the single seat fighter. |
