Content: This item is the service record of Fleet Chief Petty Officer MIO Rikichi. It provides a detailed account of his military career, both beginning with his recruitment to Kure Naval Base in January 1937. The final entry in the service record notes his transfer to the 15th Southeast Area Defence Unit in August 1943.
