Content: | This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured at Cape Dinga near Nassau Bay on 22 July 1942 after the Japanese retreat from campaigns in the Owen Stanley Ranges. This item is a list of units and individuals decorated for actions during the "China Incident" (the term used by the Japanese to refer to the hostilities between China and Japan which broke out in 1937) between 7 July 1941 and 20 March 1942. |
