Content: | This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. An English translation of the text is attached. This leaflet concerns the Allied air raids on German industrial cities and the damage inflicted on German people. The message implies that it cannot be "a fire on the other side of the river" for the Japanese. The English translation notes that the leaflet is intended to raise the feeling among the Japanese that a similar situation may happen to their homeland. 50,000 of them were printed. |
