Content: | This item is a memorandum regarding provisions reserved at Japanese camps in Rabaul. An attached list provides information on the total provisions reserved at each camp and the volume per person. Commodities memtioned include rice, dried biscuits, canned beef, pickles, dried vegetables, fermented bean paste, soy sauce, salt and sugar. It appears that the Australian forces instructed the South East Area Army to submit a monthly report it to the Australian supply depot. |
