|Content:||This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured at Borgen Bay on 26 December 1943 after troops landed on western New Britain during the campaign to capture the island. This item contains routine orders and duties for No. 2 Intelligence Section, No. 2 Company, 4th Intelligence Unit between 10 May and 12 October 1943. It also contains information on plans to support convoys at Wewak, communications, disease control, reports on morale and discipline regulations. |
