Content: This item is a letter from Lieutenant General KATÔ, Chief of Staff of the South East Area Army, to his counterpart in the 11th Division regarding the punishment of Major KATÔ. Major KATÔ was punished for loading mail out to the Japanese vessel Katsuragi without permission from the 11th Division. He was ordered to be on his best behaviour for 20 days without pay.
