| Content: | This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) interrogation report for OGINO Seiichi who was also known as HAGIHARA Seiichi. This is a supplementary interrogation report as he was interviewed previously. During the interrogation, OGINO provided additional information on the medical system which was used for conscription, and on military personnel and promotions. The report includes two coloured charts of the Japanese military conscription system, and classification of officers and non commissioned officers. |
